Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on apartment units and community facilities.

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (must hold current HVAC or EPA certification).

• Conduct general plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting repairs.

• Maintain and service appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers.

• Ensure that maintenance requests are completed in a timely and professional manner.

• Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory of tools and supplies.

• Follow safety protocols and comply with local building codes.

Requirements:

• HVAC or EPA certification (required).

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or residential maintenance.

• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair.

• Ability to use and maintain your own tools.
