REQUIRMENTS
• At least 3-6 months previous property management experience or related industry
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing daily responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Stand and Greet Always
- Touring, accepting and processing applications, phones, and call backs.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, future residents, vendors and colleagues.
• Complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures.
• Receive rental payments move in/move out paperwork, rent charges. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager such as eviction notices or other notices.
REQUIRMENTS
• At least 3-6 months previous property management experience or related industry
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing daily responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Available to work weekends
- All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States
