We are seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team for our community in Tempe.
You will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our community. Your responsibilities will include:
Engage with Future Residents: Conduct engaging property tours that highlight the features and benefits of our apartments.
Deliver Outstanding Service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries in person, over the phone, and through email to ensure prospects feel valued.
Use Cutting-Edge Tools: Utilize property management software like Yardi, CRM, or AppFolio to process applications, maintain resident records, and streamline operations.
Promote Fairness: Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines, creating an equitable experience for all.
Achieve Goals as a Team: Collaborate with your team to meet leasing objectives, boost occupancy rates, and maintain a vibrant community.
What You Bring
Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish preferred, but not mandatory.
Experience: A minimum of 6 months of previous leasing experience at an apartment community required.
Communication Expertise: Strong written and verbal communication skills to connect effectively with diverse individuals.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with leasing software such as Yardi, CRM, or AppFolio.
Fair Housing Knowledge: Fair Housing training within the past two years is required.
Availability: Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
Reliable Transportation: Consistent and reliable transportation to commute to the property.
