Experienced Leasing Specialist

Join our dynamic team as an Experienced Leasing Specialist, where you’ll collaborate with the Property Manager and team to deliver exceptional customer service. Your role will involve engaging with prospects, conducting property tours, executing leasing paperwork, and following up with leads to drive traffic to our community. As the first point of contact for current and prospective residents, you play a crucial role in fostering a sense of community.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of prior leasing experience
  • Knowledge of Apartment Leasing and Fair Housing regulations
  • Reliable transportation is essential; attendance and punctuality are critical
  • Familiarity with the community and floor plans to effectively convert tours into leases
  • Ability to process applications and prepare leases for qualified potential residents
  • Comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry, including relevant laws, policies, and best practices
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage, though not always required

Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
  • Friendly, energetic demeanor with excellent people skills
  • Availability to work weekends
