Job Title: Candidate Developer / Sourcer / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Prominent Phoenix-area staffing firm is seeking an energetic and inspired Talent Sourcer to identify and screen potential candidates. Position is responsible for communication and correspondence with management, coordination of phone screens and interviews, general customer service, data entry, and other high priority tasks. Candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and remain ‘calm amidst the storm’. An optimistic, can-do approach is critical.
Essential Functions:
· Extensive telephone interactions, to include talent recruitment and customer service
· Review applications and identify qualified individuals for initial outreach
· Source and conduct cold calls/text outreach to candidates from job boards, referrals, ads, community agencies, schools, career fairs, etc.
· Use a creative approach to finding new and unique ways to attract talent
· Assist with onboarding paperwork with new hires
· Conduct in-person interviews for qualified candidates to add to talent pool for hire
· Answer and field telephone calls from candidates and customers
· Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and clients
· Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
· One to two years of high-volume recruitment sourcing experience preferred
· Background in Property Management highly desired, but not mandatory
· Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish HIGHLY desired, but not mandatory
· Sales or service-based experience with extensive phone interaction necessary
· Polished communication skills with an energetic spirit, both in-person and over the phone
· Strong attention to detail
· Proven reliability verified by manager references
· Ability to shift priorities and multi-task based on business needs
· Computer literate
· Teamwork-driven with top-notch organizational skills
Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00 with bonus potential
