No two days are the same. You'll be the go-to person for:

• Tackling everyday maintenance issues—big and small

• Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, and appliances

• Getting apartments “move-in ready” for new residents

• Keeping the community clean and looking great

• Working closely with a team that values collaboration

✅ What You Bring:

• A knack for fixing things and solving problems

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (apartment or residential preferred)

• Working knowledge of basic repairs: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall repairs, painting

• Great communication and a strong work ethic

• Reliable transportation

• HVAC/EPA Certification? Big plus
