Pay: $24–$28/hour (Based on experience and skill level)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Occasional on-call/weekends (depending on property)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential apartment buildings

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner

• Turn units for new move-ins (painting, cleaning, repairs)

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of buildings and grounds

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of property maintenance or handyman experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and appliance repair

• HVAC certification is a plus but not required

• Ability to work independently and with a team

• Strong communication and customer service skills
