Position: Maintenance Technician – Apartment Community
Location: Beaverton, OR
Schedule: Full-time | Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Tech, you'll play a vital role in keeping residents happy and the property in top shape. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Completing resident work orders in a timely, professional manner

• Performing unit turns (make-ready repairs, paint touch-ups, hardware replacements, etc.)

• Troubleshooting and repairing basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues

• Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of common areas and grounds

• Reporting any safety hazards or major repair needs to the property manager

• Assisting with preventive maintenance and occasional on-call tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior maintenance experience in apartment or residential communities

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliance repair

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to jump in when needed

• Own basic tools preferred

• HVAC certification a plus, but not required
