Pay: $21–$23/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM

We're seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician for a full-time role in Coeur d'Alene, ID.

Responsibilities include:

• Completing work orders and repairs

• Assisting with unit turnovers

• General maintenance tasks around the property

Requirements:

• Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
