Job Responsibilities:
- Make Ready/Turning apartments
- Repair and maintaining the grounds
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Drywall repairs
- Painting
- Appliance repair
- Preventative maintenance
- 3-6 months maintenance experience or related, Property management experience a plus
- General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance
- HVAC/CPO Certification and knowledge is not required, but always a plus
- Own set of tools is a plus
