We're currently seeking a motivated and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Phoenix team! If you’re passionate about people, organized, and love a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.
Conduct high-volume phone outreach for talent recruitment and customer service
Review applications and identify qualified candidates for initial contact
Source candidates through cold calls, text messaging, job boards, referrals, community partners, schools, and job fairs
Use creative strategies to attract and engage top talent
Assist new hires with onboarding paperwork and compliance requirements
Conduct in-person interviews to build a strong talent pipeline
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency
Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and clients
Perform other administrative and recruiting duties as assigned
Strong customer service background
Experience in property management or a related field preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
