Maintenance Technician - Monday through Friday - No on Call

Position Overview:
The Maintenance Technician at our temporary staffing firm is responsible for ongoing maintenance and repairs at Apartment Communities. Our assignments can be temp, long term temp or become full time.
Responsibilities:
• Follow all safety procedures as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Facilities Director.
• Perform basic maintenance duties for the property
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Painting
• Drywall repairs
• Unit turnover
• Process maintenance work orders through completion.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor
