Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant needed in San Diego County. Responsibilities
Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours
Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic
Accurately prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperwork
Responsible for auditing all lease and renewal files
Other tasks or duties as assigned by supervisor
Required Skills
Must be team oriented but able to work independently on occasion
Minimum 6 months experience as an Apartment Consultant in Property Management
Ability to read, analyze and interpret all forms of information
Must know Yardi, Rent Roll, AIM, and other PM software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to multi-task
