Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant needed in San Diego County.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours
  • Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic
  • Accurately prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperwork
  • Responsible for auditing all lease and renewal files
  • Other tasks or duties as assigned by supervisor
Required Skills
  • Must be team oriented but able to work independently on occasion
  • Minimum 6 months experience as an Apartment Consultant in Property Management
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret all forms of information
  • Must know Yardi, Rent Roll, AIM, and other PM software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to multi-task
