Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operations of a Tax Credit and HUD-regulated apartment community
Support leasing efforts, certifications, and recertifications in compliance with all program regulations
Handle resident relations, rent collections, and notices in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records, reports, and files to meet regulatory and audit requirements
Work closely with the Property Manager to ensure overall property performance and resident satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in affordable housing property management
Working knowledge of LIHTC and HUD regulations is required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) is a plus
