Career Strategies is hiring a Leasing Consultant for an Apartment Community in the WILMINGTON, NC area. We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.

 

Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM


Job Duties:
Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects but are not limited to this.

Requirements:
• One year of prior leasing experience is required.
• Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent phone and in person sales skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
