Apartment Leasing Consultant – Tallahassee, FL
Pay: Up to $18/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 9AM–6PM

We’re looking for a professional, motivated Apartment Leasing Consultant for a community in Tallahassee, FL.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous leasing experience (preferred)

• Strong customer service and admin skills

• Familiarity with Affordable Housing / Tax Credit programs (Section 8 / Voucher experience preferred)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Duties include:

• Touring and leasing apartments

• Responding to resident inquiries

• Processing applications and certifications

• Maintaining accurate records and files
