Your Role
- Engage with Future Residents: Conduct dynamic tours for prospective residents, showcasing the features of their potential new home.
- Provide Top-Tier Service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Leverage Technology: Use tools like Yardi, CRM, or AppFolio to manage applications, track resident information, and streamline the leasing process.
- Promote Inclusivity: Follow Fair Housing guidelines to ensure an equitable experience for all prospects.
- Collaborate for Success: Work with a supportive team to meet leasing goals and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is not required but a plus!.
- Experience: At least 6 months of leasing experience at an apartment community (required).
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal abilities to connect effectively with diverse individuals.
- Tech Savvy: Experience using leasing platforms like Yardi, CRM, or AppFolio.
- Fair Housing Knowledge: Fair Housing trained within 2 years (required).
- Flexibility: Availability to work weekends as needed.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to commute to the property on time.
