Apartment Leasing Consultant or Property Manager
Location: Fond du Lac, WI 54935
Pay: Up to $22 hourly, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant or Property Manager with strong leadership and communication skills. For the right candidate, we are willing to provide training!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily leasing and property operations

• Build strong relationships with residents and prospective residents

• Manage leasing, renewals, and resident retention efforts

• Ensure property compliance and accurate reporting (Tax Credit experience a plus)

• Maintain a high standard of customer service and attention to detail

• Lead and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior apartment leasing or property management experience preferred

• Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience a plus

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

• Fast-paced, attentive, and "get-things-done" mentality
