Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Cape Coral, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Up to $21/hour, depending on experience

Join our team as an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Cape Coral, FL! We’re looking for someone with hands-on maintenance experience who can handle a variety of repair and upkeep tasks to keep our property in top shape.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders and routine maintenance

• Handle plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs

• Assist with unit turnovers and inspections

• Maintain grounds and common areas

• Address maintenance emergencies as needed

Requirements:

• Prior apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
