Apartment Maintenance Technician – Hinesville, GA
Pay: Up to $20/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

An apartment community in Hinesville, GA is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team. This full-time role offers consistent weekday hours and a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders

• Assist with apartment turnovers and general unit repairs

• Perform tasks including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry

• Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property

• Work independently and manage daily priorities

Requirements:

• Previous apartment maintenance or related experience preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Compensation: Up to $20/hour depending on experience
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
