We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician with HVAC certification to join our maintenance team. This role requires a strong working knowledge of HVAC systems as well as expertise in plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, and appliance maintenance. You will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of the property, ensuring that all units and common areas meet high standards of comfort and safety for residents.

This role requires a strong working knowledge of HVAC systems as well as expertise in plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, and appliance maintenance. You will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of the property, ensuring that all units and common areas meet high standards of comfort and safety for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems and other equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical systems, drywall, and appliances
- Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with unit turnovers, ensuring that apartments are ready for new residents
- Ensure the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community by performing necessary maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with the maintenance team and property management to meet the community's needs
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure compliance with safety and building codes
- HVAC Certification (required)
- 1+ years of experience in Apartment Maintenance (Or similar experience)
- Drivers License and Insurance
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance care
- Own a set of basic tools
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
