Job Title: Experienced Apartment Maintenance Tech – Cheyenne, WY
Pay: Up to $22/hour DOE
Schedule: Full Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

We’re looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cheyenne, WY.

Responsibilities:

• Handle work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance

• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs

• Assist with general upkeep of the property

• Respond to maintenance emergencies when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

• Reliable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
