The Apartment Maintenance Technician assists in the maintenance repairs necessary to maintain the property’s overall quality.
Apartment Maintenance Technicians role:
- Regularly inspect all apartment units, buildings and common areas
- Maintenance technicians will ensure all service requests, callbacks, and/or work orders are performed properly and promptly.
- Diagnose and solve maintenance issues in the apartment homes, exterior and common areas ranging from plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, appliances and pools
- Medium to heavy work, requiring prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and lifting to a maximum of 50 lbs.
- Friendly personality and dedication to helping others when responding to our resident’s requests.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Maintenance Technicians must be able to work inside and outside, work in all types of weather.
