We are Hiring for a Porter/Groundskeeper for an Apartment community in the Austin area and surrounding cities.

Porter/Groundskeeper Job Requirements:

• Must be able to handle the elements of being outside.
• Previous multifamily or commercial property cleaning experience is preferred but NOT REQUIRED.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Porter/Groundskeeper Responsibilities:

• Trash pick-up daily
• Maintain cleanliness of the property and grounds
• Light checks
• Help clean common areas.
• Help with maintenance and minor work orders as needed
• Assist and support Maintenance Supervisor as requested
