We are hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for a 60-unit community in Trinidad, CO. This is a full-time position with steady weekday hours.

Position Details:

• Location: Trinidad, CO

• Pay: Up to $24/hour, depending on experience

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Property Size: 60 units

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle work orders and apartment turnovers

• Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair

• Maintain grounds and common areas

• Communicate professionally with residents and staff

Qualifications:

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred

• Skilled in general repairs and troubleshooting

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
