Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of previous onsite apartment leasing experience and are fluent in English & Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and provide leasing information to prospective residents.
- Assist with the leasing process, including applications, renewals, and move-ins.
- Manage communication with residents and prospects via phone, email, and in person.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Support the team in meeting occupancy goals and maintaining high resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Fair Housing certified.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous leasing experience of at least 1 year.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of leasing software (Yardi, AppFolio, Knock, etc.) is a plus.
