Apartment Maintenance Technician – Full Time Locations: Valley-wide coverage – Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler Hourly Rate: $18–$21 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Maintenance Technician to join our team, serving multiple communities throughout the valley. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep and functionality of our apartment properties by performing general repairs, scheduled maintenance, and timely responses to work orders.

Key Responsibilities

• General Repairs & Routine Maintenance: Perform timely and efficient repairs on appliances, fixtures, and building systems to ensure properties remain in excellent condition.

• Work Order Management: Address maintenance requests from residents, prioritizing tasks to minimize downtime and ensure resident satisfaction.

• Safety & Quality Assurance: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, and ensure each task is completed to our high standards.

• Collaboration: Work closely with property management and resident services to communicate maintenance updates and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential or apartment maintenance is desirable.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently during the designated shift.
