Position: Groundskeeper – Apartment Community
Location: Beaverton, OR
Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift | Weekly Pay

About the Role:
As the community Groundskeeper, you’ll be responsible for the overall upkeep of the property grounds, ensuring everything looks its best. This is a perfect opportunity for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and who enjoys physical, outdoor work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all outdoor areas (sidewalks, parking lots, green spaces, pool areas, etc.)

• Regularly pick up trash and debris from common areas and around buildings

• Blow walkways and remove leaves or dirt buildup as needed

• Assist with light landscaping tasks like watering, weeding, trimming shrubs, and mulching

• Support maintenance staff with apartment turns or light tasks when needed

• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the property manager

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred, but not required

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods

• A positive attitude and willingness to help the team
