Job Title: Porter/Groundskeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Groundskeeping Excellence: Maintain the impeccable appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, parking lots, and other community buildings for multi-family residential apartments.

  • Trash Removal Expertise: Daily trash removal from office areas and the apartment community perimeter, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

  • Unit Preparation: Assist in preparing market-ready units, including timely trash removal from vacant apartments (trash outs) before make-ready.

  • Maintenance Support: Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and perform assigned maintenance tasks promptly, including troubleshooting and repairs in mechanical, carpentry, and electrical areas.

  • Model Apartment Care: Contribute to the cleaning of available apartments and models, maintaining a showcase-worthy presentation.

  • Painting Skills: Assist with spot painting around the property, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal.

  • Proactive Reporting: Report maintenance concerns promptly, addressing issues in available apartments, models, clubhouse, and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.

  • Company Culture: Uphold all company policies, goals, and values, contributing to a positive work environment.

  • Resident Communication: Deliver communication documentation to residents, ensuring transparent and effective information dissemination.
