Job Title: Experienced Apartment Maintenance Tech – Stanford, NC

Location: Stanford, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: Up to $21/hr DOE

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred

• Skilled in appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall

• Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders and unit turnovers

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs

• Ensure property grounds and common areas are well-maintained

• Provide excellent service to residents and staff
