We are seeking a skilled leasing associate experienced with Tax Credit requirements to work at an apartment community in SE Washington, DC. The Property Manager will help to familiarize you with the community's ins and outs so you can best assist new and existing residents.

• Experience with Tax Credit housing requirements
• Prior leasing experience at multifamily communities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fair Housing expertise - "What you do for one, you must do for all!"
• Outgoing and friendly personality; must be a "people person"

Additional Responsibilities:

• Actively engage prospects and relay pertinent information about their housing requirements
• Complete all necessary filing and paperwork associated with Tax Credit qualifications
• Report to the Property Manager with updates and a list of duties to be completed
• Review resident files to ensure documentation is accounted for and up-to-date
