This role can consist of full-time, part-time/ temp, or temp-to-hire with no on-call or weekend duties, and weekly pay! Ideally, hands-on experience in general maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance care is what we're looking for. We’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall, painting, and minor cleaning
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, ensuring functionality and resident satisfaction
• Complete maintenance requests and work orders efficiently and on schedule
• Assist with maintaining the appearance and functionality of the apartment community
• Collaborate with property management and other team members to address maintenance needs

Requirements:

• A set of basic hand tools is HELPFUL
• Ability to work independently and follow a Monday-Friday schedule
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Minimum of 6 months of maintenance experience
