• Unit turns & work orders

• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC (cert not required)

• Appliance repair, painting, drywall

• Grounds cleanup & snow removal (winter)

• No on-call shifts!

Requirements:

• 1+ year of apartment maintenance experience

• Strong customer service skills

• Own tools

• Background check required
