Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician – Clifton Park, NY
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a dedicated team in Clifton Park, NY. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on maintenance experience who enjoys variety in their workday.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders including basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs

• Assist with apartment turnovers and unit prep

• Troubleshoot appliances and perform light HVAC work

• Maintain grounds and common areas as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior apartment or property maintenance experience preferred

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Strong communication and customer service skills
