Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Madison Township, OH
Pay: Up to $20 hourly, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician!
Ideal candidates will have strong general maintenance skills with an emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders and unit turnovers efficiently

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues

• Perform painting, drywall repairs, and basic carpentry

• Maintain property grounds and assist with general facilities upkeep

• Ensure work is completed safely and meets quality standards

Qualifications:

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair preferred

• Valid driver's license preferred
