Apartment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for general maintenance at the apartment community. Will be responsible for make-readies, turns and work orders. Excellent customer service experience required and must have at least 3-6 months apartment maintenance experience. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
Will be responsible for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair and a variety of maintenance tasks, including cleaning up the grounds at our communities.
HVAC repair and preventative maintenance
Electrical
Plumbing
Appliance repair
Painting and dry wall repair
HVAC certification a plus but not required
Snow removal in winter months
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE and personal transportation and valid automobile insurance
TOOLS
Must be authorized to work in the US
