Seasonal Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician for a seasonal role, requiring approximately 4 hours a week on consistent weekdays from 9 AM to 1 PM. (Flexibility on day hours- no night hours) 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Replace outlets, doors, and install fixtures.
• Paint and perform light drywall work.
• Assist with general repairs.
• Assist with projects, groundskeeping and light janitorial tasks
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
