Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Hours: M-F 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM w/ one hour lunch
Job Duties:
Duties include answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations, and administrative projects.
Required skills:
· Excellent phone and in-person sales skills.
· Motivated and hard-working.
· Exceptional communication skills.
· Above-average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· Sales and customer service skills.
· Prior office admin/related experience
