🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time

Are you a hands-on professional who takes pride in readying apartments for new residents? We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Make-Ready Technician to join our property management team! If you’ve got a solid maintenance background and a sharp eye for detail, we want to connect with you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Turn vacant units into move-in ready homes with quality repairs and finishing touches

• Handle minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work with efficiency

• Ensure each apartment meets our high standards before new residents arrive

• Keep workspaces clean, organized, and safe

• Assist with general maintenance duties across the property as needed

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in maintenance (residential or commercial)

• Basic tools and knowledge of general repairs

• HVAC certification is a plus, but not required

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Positive attitude and ability to work well independently and on a team
