Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician
Location: Marianna, FL
Pay: Up to $18/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to complete work orders, assist with unit turnovers, and perform general property repairs. Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience (apartment or residential preferred)

• Knowledge of basic repairs, plumbing, painting, and appliance troubleshooting

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
