Apartment Groundskeeper – Tyler, TX
Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

An apartment community in Tyler, TX is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the property's exterior and common areas. This is a full-time role with steady weekday hours.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, walkways, and common areas

• Perform trash pickup and disposal throughout the property

• Assist with landscaping tasks as needed

• Operate a pressure washer for exterior cleaning

• Support the maintenance team with general upkeep

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License required

• Ability to operate a pressure washer

• Prior groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player

Compensation: $15/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
