We’re seeking an experienced, bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team! Qualified candidates are fluent in Spanish and English. To be considered for the role, you must have at least 1 year of onsite experience working in an apartment community as a leasing consultant AND be Fair Housing certified.
Job description:
- Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service.
- Show apartments, explain lease terms, and highlight community features.
- Handle applications, leases, and move-in processes.
- Marketing on various social media and internet platforms.
- Conduct market surveys of nearby properties.
- Follow up with all leads and guest cards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet leasing goals.
Requirements:
- Attendance is important – reliability is a must!
- Weekend availability is required.
- Minimum 1 year onsite experience working in an apartment community.
- Fair Housing certification
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not mandatory
