Apartment Office Admin

Career Strategies is hiring an Apartment Admin for an Apartment Community in the Willimantic, CT area. We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, who wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.

Apartment Admin Job Duties:

Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects but are not limited to this.

Requirements:

  • Prior Apartment Admin Experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Friendly, energetic, great people skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent phone and in person sales skills
  • Motivated and hard-working
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service skills.
  • Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.
