Apartment Leasing Consultant – Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $18.50-$19.50 

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team in the Phoenix area! The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of on-site leasing experience, Fair Housing training within the last two years, knowledge of leasing software, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and tours
• Process applications and lease agreements
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
• Maintain knowledge of property availability and market trends
• Utilize leasing software for data entry and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of on-site leasing experience
• Fair Housing training completed within the last 2 years
• Proficiency in leasing software
• Reliable transportation
