We are seeking friendly, experienced leasing professionals for job opportunities in the Hyattsville, MD region. These candidates should excel in customer service, attention to detail, and enjoy collaborating in a team environment - working together to support each other for a common goal = renting apartment homes to excited prospects.

Ideally you will have prior leasing experience and be very comfortable completing the following tasks:
1. Actively calling warm leads in the software/website queue
2. Scheduling the interested parties for a tour of the community and available unit(s)
3. Completing guest cards as needed and entering the data via the software utilized (ie: Yardi/CRM, OneSite, BlueMoon, RentCafe, etc.)
4. Provide great customer service and keep a positive and engaging attitude
5. Collaborate with coworkers and complete lease agreements as needed

Our client in Hyattsville, MD has a resident base that primarily speaks Spanish, so the ability to speak both Spanish & English fluently is also required.

Schedules typically run Monday - Friday weekly, however in some instances weekend coverage may be required to support open houses and busy touring schedules.
