Role and Responsibilities:

As a Community Manager, your role will involve:

• Welcoming prospective residents and showcasing available apartments
• Answering questions and providing information about the community
• Assisting in the application process and lease signing
• Building relationships with residents to ensure their satisfaction
• Collaborating with the property management team to maintain a great living environment
• Using and maintaining good communication skills over the phone
• Duties and recertifications for the Affordable Housing sector
