Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

As a LIHTC Tax Credit Leasing Consultant, you will:

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process while ensuring compliance with LIHTC regulations

• Screen applicants and verify eligibility for tax credit housing programs

• Maintain accurate resident files, income certifications, and lease agreements

• Stay up to date with LIHTC policies and ensure all documentation meets program guidelines

• Assist residents with recertifications and provide exceptional customer service

• Collaborate with property management teams to support a well-maintained, compliant community

Qualifications:

• Prior leasing experience, preferably in LIHTC or affordable housing

• Strong knowledge of tax credit compliance, income verification, and lease-up procedures

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• High attention to detail and ability to manage regulatory paperwork

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• LIHTC experience preferred
