Apartment Groundskeeper – Hillsboro, OR
Pay: Up to $21/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Join a hardworking team at a large apartment community in Hillsboro!
We’re looking for an upbeat, energetic groundskeeper to help keep the property clean and welcoming. This is a physically active role with lots of walking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily grounds cleanup

• Trash pickup and exterior upkeep

• Light maintenance assistance as needed

• Curb appeal and common area care

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work outdoors and stay active throughout the day

• Groundskeeping or janitorial experience is a plus
