Seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join our Property Management team in the Charlotte, NC area!
 

Job Responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician:

• Make Ready/Turning apartments in between resident occupancy

• Repair and maintain the grounds, interior/exterior of the building and all common areas

• Plumbing

• Electrical

• Drywall repair

• Painting

• Appliance repair

• Excellent customer service

 

Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 months general maintenance experience, Property management experience a plus

• General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance

• HVAC/CPO Certification and knowledge is not required, but always a PLUS

• Own set of tools is a plus

Pay Rate: $20 - 23/hr - PAID WEEKLY
