Position: Leasing Agent

Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday - Sunday, 10am-7pm w/ one hour lunch

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
• Conducting apartment tours with prospective residents
• Maintaining resident and vendor relations
• Handling administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
• Contributing to special projects as needed

Required Skills:

• Proven sales experience with strong phone and in-person sales skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Previous experience in apartment leasing is helpful
• Strong customer service orientation and a motivated work ethic
